Shipping Within New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Auckland studio via courier. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

  • Deliveries to the Auckland region generally occur within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

  • North Island deliveries generally occur within 2-4 business days after order is placed, however, some rural deliveries may take longer.

  • South Island deliveries generally occur within 3-7 business days after your order is placed, however, some rural deliveries may take longer.

Please note that some rural deliveries may take longer.

City/Town Delivery — $10 flat rate
Rural Delivery — $15 flat rate

Shipping to Australia

Orders Australia are charged a flat shipping rate of $20 per order, however, we are currently investigating more economical options. Orders are dispatched via NZ Post and generally take 3-10 business days to arrive. Please note that the customer is responsible for the payment of any local country import duty, customs or sales taxes levied on the products purchased.

Shipping to Canada

Due to the unusually high cost of shipping to Canada from New Zealand, we are currently opting to “share” the cost of this burden by offering a flat rate of $25 for most orders. Orders are dispatched via NZ Post and can take up to 20 business days to arrive. Please note that the customer is responsible for the payment of any local country import duty, customs or sales taxes levied on the products purchased.

Please be aware that due to the current Canada Post strike, we are not able to send out parcels to Canada until it has been resolved. If you live in Canada and place an order before the postal strike ends, we will contact you to see if you wish to explore other private carrier options at a higher shipping cost or would like your order held until the strike resolves.

Rest of the World

We’re sorry, but we aren’t currently able to ship outside of New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States at this time.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving your item. Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included. Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. Returned goods should be addressed to:

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you and, on rare occasions, minor scratches and dents can happen to some products during shipping. However if major damage has occurred to the product(s) during transit, please contact us at studio@nocturne.co.nz.
